MusicaPlus was created in March 2012. It is a new agency in Chile representing artists and producing concerts. It’s has a portfolio includes a range of musicians from international prestige to young talents starting their career.
Our vision is to approach music and performers to new audiences, using traditional concert halls, as well as alternative spaces to make these recitals an unforgettable experience.
MusicaPlus founder Cristóbal Giesen is a musician himself and Master in Cultural Management at the Hamburg University for Music and Theatre.
He started as a music producer in 1991 with a concert series at the museum ship Cap San Diego at Hamburg Harbor.
He worked eleven years at the Teatro Municipal de Santiago, as Artistic Administrator standing out for the creation of new concert series.
He later assumed as Artistic Administrator of the State Symphony Orchestra of Sao Paulo, with its Chief Conductor John Neschling.
